My today’s topic is directly connected with my current goal – I want to be a good leader. Yes, definetely it is not so easy to build a great leadership, because you need to work hard to achieve this goal.
But this is not only because I want to be successful and to stay on the
top of the world all the time, no.
My idea here is to use leadership
as a good strategy to help people (when I say PEOPLE I mean my business
team especially). As you have already known I am a person who is open
for any help and I am eager to give my help to anybody who needs it. And my destiny is always giving me some situations when people really are in need of my help: a head
of a class in school, a head of a group in university. Then I was like
an authority for my classmates and groupmates, so they were asking me
for a piece of advice very often.
And now I have a business, where a team is working. And due to the fact that I have created this team, I must know very well what the leadership is! I must rush to my main goal here and then everybody who is nearby me will feel comfortable and safe being in my team.
So these points is really very important for everyone. It is not about
me only, if you are a head of your company or organization you should
always remember that only you can rule it and then maybe rule the world even.
So lets try to become great leaders together, it is much more interesting than doing it by oneself.
And then leadership won’t seem to be far from us!
