As part of the partnership between Real Madrid and Audi, all 23 members of the squad plus the manager are given a brand new free car every year. Because the people who can most easily afford luxury cars obviously shouldn't have to pay for them.

The handover of the keys to these cars has been turned into a promotional event, but the distribution of who gets which models seems to be a sign of the hierarchy within the team. For example, even though Gareth Bale encroached on Cristiano Ronaldo's world record transfer fee over the summer, Audi doesn't seem to feel the Welshman is worthy of a car worth anywhere near as much as the one Ronaldo gets.

Here's the breakdown of who got what...

 he most valuable automobile on offer was the RS6 Avant, which starts at €129,100, and that only went to Ronaldo. As you can see, it combines a sleek design with plenty of room for his young son, perhaps a second Balon d'Or award and 45,000 masks of his own face. All the things he needs when driving around town.

 Xabi Alonso took the €96,110 S7, proving that he has the best eye for style and sophistication in the team.

The third most valuable car went to vice-captain Sergio Ramos because no one likes Iker Casillas anymore. The RS5 is priced at €90,730. Why would they give someone so accident prone a car that valuable? Well, this must be the final stage of crash testing or something.

 The A8, which starts at €85,320 was the car that excited manager Carlo Ancelotti's eyebrow the most. He will definitely be singing Italian rap music while cruising around in this ride.

 Gareth Bale, Iker Casillas, Fabio Coentrao, Angel Di Maria, Sami Khedira, Asier Illarrramendi, Isco, Jese, Marcelo, Luca Modric, Nacho, and Pepe all got the Q7, which goes for €59,900. These players are apparently all at the "good, but not €60,000 car good" level.

Karim Benzema, Alvaro Arbeloa and Alvaro Morata all got the SQ5, which is priced at €58,500. This is the underachievers tier.
Raphael Varane got the €44,320 S3 Sportback — the "you're good, but you're still only 20 years old, so slow your roll" car.

 Carvajal and Diego Lopez both got the €37,240 Q5 just to limit Iker's crying to 23 hours day.
And finally, the most modestly priced car went to third-choice goalkeeper Jesus Fernandez, who got the €23,830 A3 Sportback.
The lesson here? It really shouldn't matter how much more expensive your teammate's car is than yours as long as they're all free.

Empower Network as a great discoverer!

Well, well, well... Today I would like to talk a little about my own experience in Empower Network but from the other unusual side: not as a member of this company, but as a person who is always trying to find some new opportunities and possibilities. I was telling you, my friends, a lot about my results here, my impression and my vision of this business. You know it very well. But now I am about open some secret things for you, which I have never told you before.

So actually when I entered this company and when I was so energetic and active that I supposed I would be able to jump over my head, I was just a learner. I was learning how to do this business correctly, I was talking to some gurus, to my partners and to my sponsor, I was absorbing information and I was trying myself in invitations, in making a relationship with my potential partners, in studying their psychology, in building a big strong team, in becoming a good leader and so on. Obviously I was getting some results, and I would like to share them with you in a week (you know I will have a job birthday here: it will be 4 months of working in EN on the 14th of December).

But what I want to tell you is this. Empower Network is like a discoverer for me because starting to work here is a step to get to know more and more possibilities and to open the doors to more and more powerful things that are located in the Internet area. I couldn't imagine even that I would have so many sources to improve my business and to develop it faster than ever. So for now I know an unique useful stuff that is still coming to my head and is informing me all day long. And it is really priceless. Who knows, maybe if I hadn't tried myself in Empower Network business, I wouldn't have so much knowledge. That's why I really appreciate it.

Good and evil (chapter 2)

 There are lots examples when good and evil have something in common. Can you say that, for instance, if police are going to save a life of one suicide and they manage to do that, is it guaranteed that this person won’t try to do another crazy thing, but with another person? The mind and mentality of this person are broken so we cannot tell for sure that he won’t do anything insane! Or let’s say that a person who has robbed somebody and has stolen almost anything because he has been desperate – this is the only way today how he can help a person who is very sick and he needs an operation. And he is the only guy who can give this help and even if it is outside the law, an intention that he has at that moment is priceless.

Or let’s talk about a spy who is working for one country and he is like a hero there and for another country where he is doing his job – like a true enemy. Overall in my opinion good cannot exist without evil: no criminals, no murderers, no cruel and angry people, no offenders and villains, no craziness and no madness… Everything is wonderful! I guess that it is even impossible if we just imagine such a magnificent world!

And I suppose nobody can indentify what is good or bad. And we should be really careful when we try to do that in case we won’t hurt somebody's feelings and so on. The law of nature tells us that the main thing happens when a little baby is born. So nature is choosing what direction it will follow: good or bad. Just think about it and by the way, what direction is yours?

Good and evil.

Hey! Everybody knows that there is an everlasting fight between such categories as ‘good’ and ‘evil’. But the most incredible thing here is that when something happens, it will seem to be good for someone and it will be bad for another person. It is nature: everything should be balanced. Let’s have a look at some examples.

For instance, let’s go back to the history. When the world faced such an awful thing as World War II, we saw that collision between good and evil. When Adolf Hitler had a goal to make Germany the most powerful country in the world and everything seemed to him as a good intention for German people, he had chosen a really bad and cruel way to be authoritative and influential – an invasion! So it was a good motive as for the Reichschancellor of a big nation, but it turned into one of the most terrifying things in the world’s history! World War II became a real tragedy for the lots of countries and lots of people – an amount of victims was enormous.

Or let’s have a look to the other living processes and situations. You will agree that everybody has a skeleton in closet. So if let it say a person has been a diligent guy and has been helping a lot of people, has done a lot of good deeds then suddenly has betrayed somebody or has left a person just by accident when he needed an assistance and help, it means that good acts can be changed to the bad ones anytime! And it won’t depend on situation. It will depend on a person. Or if, for example, a politician occupies with a charity and then just starts to sell drugs or kill animals or does something even worse – sell weapons to another country in case it will be in war with somebody and will be murdering innocent people – what can we say then about this person?! The question is controversial. The doings of everyone are unpredictable.

Personally I think that good can turn into evil (or seem to be as evil) or vice versa. What is good for one can be bad for another.

Winter is coming!

Howe, howe, howe! Winter is coming! It is the 28th of November and today we have had a very first frost in the morning so I have felt that it is a bit hard to breathe easily being on the street. Actually it brings me cheerfulness, because it lets me think that holidays are coming and we are welcoming a magical time *_____*

I like winter, I enjoy such a snowy weather, when a lot of snowflakes are falling from the sky right onto my face and I think ‘Hell yeah! Finally it has come!’ I have already told you that I love this season and I have been receiving only good impressions and memories from it since my childhood. I was born almost right before the New Year’s Eve and that is why the miraculous mood had formed in me even before my birthday.

I know that some people will agree with me and I guess they have the same feelings. And some of them don’t like it because they can feel good only when it is warmly, the temperature is 20+ degrees and it is like summertime every single day. But there are some that literally have never seen a real cold winter with snowdrifts and snowmen! Horrible! This is the reason why they cannot understand and recognize will they like it or no. So here in Ukraine we are lucky enough to see how one season changes another and how the weather is fundamentally changing. I know how cool it is. And so I cannot say what season I like less or more, because each of them is good in its own way, so it is really hard.

But overall I hope that you can understand my feelings and agree with my opinion that nature cannot make no season is made by accident. So I suppose if you haven’t seen snow, you should take a chance once and go to the place where it is possible ;)

Please, don't stop the music!

Hey hey, my dear friends! I am still having some presents for you, like some videos and photos (but I will share them with you later) and also I would like to talk today about one of the most important things for me in my life - music. Why it is so powerful for me? I know some people who are supposing that they can live without music easily, but I am not such a person: I can listen to my favourite tracks almost the whole day and by the way, I love and enjoy singing, so my family always has a chance to listen to my skills of singer :D Obviously there are several reasons why musical accompaniment is so significant.

The first reason is really clear - it is a good method to relax and digress. It helps our brain and even body to have a rest and to enjoy your free time. The second motive is connected with the first one: music can make your mood better and you will feel satisfaction listening to good positive texts of some lovely songs. Then we need to pay a great attention to the third one - music can attend your working proccess. Yes, maybe it sounds a bit strange and surprising for some of you, guys, but in fact music can speed up your work when it is so stressful and sometimes boring. 

Music is your helper. And for each of you there can be different reason why it is so helpful. But I can tell you for sure that my work in Empower Network (even knowing the fact that it cannot be stressful anyway) becomes more volatile and I start to enjoy it more and more. You should perceive your work as a hobby and you should absolutely like it! Then it will never be stressful and boring ;)

How would you like to live your life?

Sometimes people seem to be really strange so it is hard to get their point and also they succeed to be understandable at the same time. If a person who works and has an average salary is honest, he will give you an answer to the question ‘How would you like to live your life?’ that obviously he wishes to be have a bigger wage and more power because then his life could be better. It is natural that nobody wants to be poor! So the situation is like this: anyone, who you will talk to, will confess to you and will be very sure that if, for instance, his income is not 1000$, but 2000$, it will be definitely good enough for him to live well and so afford anything that he wants! But the practice shows that it is impossible! This person is literally making a mistake and is erred. Everybody would like to have more and more – ‘as much as better’ so like 2000$ won’t be a limit. Our needs depend on our financial state, so as much money we have as more things we would like to purchase.

Let’s take a look. For example, you are a person that lives nowadays, in the period of a profusion of devices and different tools, innovations, Internet technologies and so on. And it occurs that you get back to, let it say, the XVII century and a person of that era appears instead of you. So it is like a so-called interchange of two different epochs. What do you think, who will feel more comfortable in this situation? Of course, not you! The person who comes from the XVII will feel better because for him it will be easier to get accustomed to our life, not only because it is rather cool and progressive and the conditions are more favorable here. It is because anyone can get into the way of a convenience – ‘one is getting accustomed to good conditions quickly’. Oh yes, and you will feel quite less comfortable that an ancient guy because of the lifestyle that they have had in their times: duration of life, conditions and opportunities. Probably they have had to survive but not to live for their pleasure and so now you have to do the same! So I suppose that you will agree with me that you won’t be so lucky as your opponent.

This is an example of how people should appreciate their life now and how they need to pay attention on the ways how they can make it even better. Because they really can! How to get not only 2000$ but even more. How not to miss their chance to start making more money today and not tomorrow. How to write down their main goals and wishes and achieve them easily and faster than it can be. How to stay out from the crowd and be an example to imitate.

I hope you will understand me correctly and will make a right conclusion. Do your best and be smart in your activities!

Life is always a challenge!

 Sometimes I am facing some situations when I start thinking that life is a very complicated thing and sometimes difficulties are coming to us and say 'Hey, I have come to your world to remind you that life is not a piece of cake! You need to overcome some problems and obstacles, maybe to choose another strategy and to find your own method of how you can make your living better.  Then you will be a real hero and win a jackpot!' So obviously it happens several times, not every day, but I can tell you that it is good enough for anyone to worried.

 But here another important thing. Even if you have some problems and difficulties, you shouldn't give up. No matter how hard is your life today - you can make it easier tomorrow. So try to be strong and patient, learn how to be the hero and you will see that you are quiet smart to find a solution for any situation that seems to be unreal to solve.

Do I need to visit any courses or educational institutes before I start working in network marketing business?

In a traditional sense – no. There are no special universities of network marketing and you won’t find an evening school where teachers are telling and explaining how to build up this business. And fortunately you won’t have to receive an academic degree of ‘candidate’ or a ‘doctor’ of network marketing science. Here in MLM business there is a so-called ‘school of involvement’. It is not a traditional school, where pupils are sitting in their desks and teacher are writing on the blackboard with a piece of chalk, - but anyway believe me, you ought to visit it.

When we tell that you are going to make a decision that you will be sitting in the ‘school’ for 3 hours per week and learning something about network marketing business, we mean that you won’t just learn some basics of MLM, but you will also gradually change your lifestyle. Your studies can be carried out anyhow (just it should be a comfortable form for you) – like an active discussion of some hot interesting topics with your colleagues or like a listening to the audio files being alone in you house or car, wherever you want and whenever you want (at the weekend or after your working day). You can meet with your sponsor at the lunchtime; go to the seminar to Las-Vegas or Canada with a group of your new friends or make a cruise tour by a ship.

You will have such ‘courses’ sitting at the lessons as: “How to make your contenders be interested in network marketing business and how to involve them in it”, “How to sponsor your new distributors from your downline”, “How to teach the real teachers”. All of these tips will help the members of your downline to make their own distributional nets that, in its term, will do a favor to the growth of your income by means of an override. And, what is the most important here, you will understand how it is cool to be a boss of your destiny and what satisfaction you will get teaching this other people.

Life consists of both good and bad sides.

Hi everybody! Many of you will agree that life consists of both good and bad sides: we have happy days when we are feeling great, but also there are situations when everything seems to be bad and life looks senseless, everything is like ‘no love, no grief, no compassion’. It is natural and people are accustomed to this tendency. But here is a tip. When a person feels bad and he thinks that there is no solution for all his problems or difficulties, he shouldn’t give up. We can find a solution to any troubles! And actually no matter how hard it is. How unreal it seems to be.

People are working in different places with different obligations and different burdens. But each of them should remember that even if there is something that interferes his normal living, he can easily fix it up. A lot of us don’t believe that they can live better. But everybody starts thinking and dreaming about the better life when, for instance, he is laying on his bed at night. And he is sure that yes, he can live better, he can have a well level of life, but he doesn’t see any way how he can reach it. A big mistake! Naturally he can! Everything here is about how much he wants it. And this is the whole secret.

When a person is becoming more successful and more powerful, he wants more and more. If he gets a salary of 1000$, later on he would like have a bigger one. And bigger and bigger. The perfection is endless. So of course everyone should aspire to have the best conditions and the best life. But sometimes people are just lost: they wish to have it, but they don’t know what to do to achieve it. And then they need several things – an inspiration, a motivation and an ACTION as a result! And a person will have a success, he will be proud of himself! And then everyone will look at him as at a winner. It is really an important psychological thing.

 People are straggling and they don’t know what is suitable for them, what can be their lucky ticket of fortune. And that is why it is difficult for them to move from a dead point. But then somehow they find the right thing at the right place and at the right time. And here we are: they start being successful So they can be successful in any sphere – from online business to gardening. A lot of various occupations can be done by this person, he is invincible ;-)

This person finally has an excellent level of life after a hard thorny path. And it is good enough. So I wish that each of you will think about your dreams and aims at night and will start doing something to achieve them in the morning!
