Hey hey, my friends! Hope you are having a good time now. I am gonna share with you one story that occurred to me some time ago. You know that I am a student and I manage to succeed both in my business and studies because of my hard work. Moreover as you remember I am trying to make my parents be proud of me and to show them that I can be a leader, a mentor and a business lady, which has time for almost anything! Could this be? Definitely.

But this story is not about me even, that’s why we are coming back to our topic. So I had a home assignment in my university: to make an interview with a person that might be interesting in many cases; the person who would be a legend, a hero or at least somebody who would be an example for our young generation. And when I got this hometask, I was a bit confused… I understood that I could try to find somebody in our town, that would seem to be an interesting person (or even would be truly interesting), but I needed to be the best and to prove that my journalistic skills are on a great lvl and any work would be easy-to-do for me, so I was worried that I would not live up to expectations of my professors and groupmates.

I decided to ask an adult generation for help. My father told me that he knew one person, who would be a good candidate for an interview. I was wondering who that person was and why I hadn’t still met him or her? Then my dad said ‘Do not worry, I will introduce you to him tomorrow’. Believe me or not, I wasn’t able to sleep that night, I was like an insomniac because I needed to know faster who that guy is. So the night passed and right in the morning we were preparing for this meeting: I was trying to make at least a couple of questions for the interview, and my father was calling to that mysterious person and to agree with time and place. Finally we were on our way to his house. I was nervous and it seemed to me that we were going to that place eternally.

Eventually we came there and all that my father told me was ‘Don’t worry, you will see that he can help you not only with your school project but also with your future life. By the way, take this’ and he gave me a deck of cards…

Few words about motivation

Motivation is a pshychological feature that arouses an organism to act towards a desired goal and elicits, controls and sustains certain goal-directed behaviours. This is what we have as a scientific definition of this word. But if we are talking about it in a simple way, we can say that motivation is a driving power for us. It is trying to make us be active, ambitious, decisive and to MOVE. I suppose that without motivation we cannot be successful. 

 This is a really good key factor for operation and that is why we should not forget to motivate ourselves and each other. People are searching for a person who will be like an exemplar for them, like a motivator. And then people will be trying to achieve their goals, to make dreams come true. Who is not motivated is a poor person. You can understand the word “poor” here in lots of meanings, including poverty and misery. So that is why motivation should exist in your mind, is your heart and in your body. And who is motivated by a pretty poster and cute saying probably has an easy job. Motivation should be much more deeper inside. 

I am a very motivated person and I can teach you how to motivate people and how to be self-motivated. It is not so hard and any person can reach this motivation. The only question is to WISH. And then the result will surprise you, believe me.

Hello, my darlings My today’s topic is directly connected with my current goal – I want to be a good leader. Yes, definetely it is not so easy to build a great leadership, because you need to work hard to achieve this goal. But this is not only because I want to be successful and to stay on the top of the world all the time, no.

 My idea here is to use leadership as a good strategy to help people (when I say PEOPLE I mean my business team especially). As you have already known I am a person who is open for any help and I am eager to give my help to anybody who needs it. And my destiny is always giving me some situations when people really are in need of my help: a head of a class in school, a head of a group in university. Then I was like an authority for my classmates and groupmates, so they were asking me for a piece of advice very often. 

And now I have a business, where a team is working. And due to the fact that I have created this team, I must know very well what the leadership is! I must rush to my main goal here and then everybody who is nearby me will feel comfortable and safe being in my team. So these points is really very important for everyone. It is not about me only, if you are a head of your company or organization you should always remember that only you can rule it and then maybe rule the world even.

So lets try to become great leaders together, it is much more interesting than doing it by oneself.

And then leadership won’t seem to be far from us!

Today is a birthday of a genious :D

Hey hey hey! I am very excited now because today is one of the most important dates of the year for me! I am not going to tell you a lot of things today, it is unnecessary, and I do not want to burden you with a lot of info … I am just going to share with you my happiness ;-)

Today I have become older, now I am 20 years old, wow! It is like a new lease of life for me and you know, what makes me even more happier here is the fact that I can celebrate my B-Day having already some successful results (as you know I am making an online business and I am a real hard-worker here): I can buy something for myself paying MY money, I can organize a B-Day party with MY cash, I can afford more things now than I used to, so you see, my little step to a new lifestyle was victorious! 

So truthfully I feel proud of myself, it is something that I could not even imagine that it would be in reality. I haven’t known anything about online business this summer, and now I know A LOT OF different secrets, strategies, methods, technologies, in other words, I have received the biggest knowledge in my life that I haven’t ever had! I have never ever had such a big brain. I have been brainy, yes, I have been a well-behaved pupil, now I am an intelligent student, I am improving my communicative and language skills, but plus I have learned something from computer science and info-business, I have been making online presentations/video tutorials, I have been talking to a lot of successful people and have absorbed their information, I have got to know something about their experience, I have read a lot and listened a lot and a plenty of other things! God damn, I am awesome!

Today is a day of magic but anyway I have spent a few minutes to drop a line here, on my blog. It is my passion now: my business is not an obligation for me – it is a good time-spending, so I could not ignore the idea of creating a new post here.

Speaking about holidays, you know that we are getting closer to a pleiad of winter holidays, so I am sure that you are preparing for them as well as me. No place for losers!

Hi everyone! I have just kind of come back home and now I am about making a new blogpost that might be interesting for you. Hope you are doing fine and your mood is as good as mine ;-)

Well, to be honest when I was on my way to home, I was thinking about an issue why people are so indecisive? Like what is always stopping them when they should make a decision? You know that I have been written some potential reasons of this process: laziness, fear, absence of such habit as openness to some ‘new flows’ that can come to their life. But here is one more thing, which is actually deeply psychological: people don’t want to be losers.

Our mentality is giving us a direction of our behavior. So we are trying to become leaders, masters of our life, to make our parents be proud of us, to be as an example to our children, etc., in other words – to be proud of ourselves! (I am talking about normal situations because I guess that there are some people that might not want to achieve anything, but sorry, then they have already become losers automatically! They do not want to have a good life and good results of their work. Maybe they even do not want to work, who knows. It is their deal.) Yes, it is a great intention but the problem here is that some of us are worried that they won’t be able to live up their own expectations. And this is the MAIN obstacle here! This obstacle is stopping people to start a new business, a new something that will be as a good mode to achieve any unachievable goals, to find a new source of creating a happy life, to prove their closest people that THEY CAN!

And the solution here is only one: forget about all this stuff. Forget about those stupid facts that you won’t succeed, won’t change your life fundamentally and won’t give your relatives the better life(which is the most important!). Forget about any barriers that will be essentially run across. Forget about everything that seems to make you a loser (obviously for you it is so). You are not a loser if you at least TRY to find your right niche – you are a hero! You are a completely decisive and spirited person; you are open to anything that can help you to create your beautiful wonderful world full of happiness and joy! That’s the person that you are now.

And speaking about those things that can interrupt you during your great way to be a true hero – they should be somewhere in the past. You are looking at your future and you know that it’s gonna be amazing!

Sometimes white lie happens.

An average person always will say that if a person is a liar, he is mean and cunning, so everybody should be very cautious with him. But there in one thing that proves that this person can be good and can lie with good intentions. Here we will be talking about white lie.

White lie is pursuing us everywhere. And the reason for that is predictable – some people are really peaceful and they wish to have a world peace. So sometimes it is necessary for them to lie: to escape conflicts, to avoid panic, fear, horror. But for some people lie is a method to earn money or even to let other people earn money. So like they are trying to persuade others that their products/services are useful and people need them. It is like a commercial operation. And you know what? There are some cases when people really get a profit being a ‘victim’ of a falsehood, so it is working well for both sides! It will be extremely hard for an entrepreneur to sell something if he doesn’t want to advertise and to increase a percentage of a product’s advantages. A practice of advertising is showing us that it is like a rule! And it is natural: both sellers and buyers are accustomed to this process; everybody understands the reason of it.

The same situation is with our online business. When a person gets the information about a company, its program and a commission plan, he notices that a person who is inviting him there is a bit dishonest: he is giving some incredible numbers, showing some unbelievable results. The person who is invited feels strange and curious because he cannot imagine that this information is true, but in the same time he is attracted by it – everybody wants to live awesome. And here can be two variants: he can become a partner or no, fifty-fifty. But you know, maybe it is crazy statistics but some people, who believe in this information and become partners, REALLY become rich and successful and they can be even better in this work than a person who invites them. Seems to be insane but it is true!

So if you want to buy a car, a shampoo, a flat of to start an online business, you should remember that you are unique and you can take a profit from almost ANYTHING that somebody suggests you. Nobody can know exactly what it will be, what sphere will be suitable for you. Even you cannot know for sure. So try yourself, take the chances that your destiny gives you and there will be no regrets in your life ;-) Positive thinking, guys!

How I came to my Empower Network business?

 Good morning or good evening, friends! Last days Dave and Dave (good founders of our company) were uploading some inspiring episodes of Costa Rican Mastermind: synergy, multiplying abilities, badass ideas, expanding the visions and so on. I can say that this is a real brainstorm for me and I guess for all Empower Network partners. These episodes weren’t made by accident, the purpose of making this stuff is really clear – to show people (both partners and potential partners) that we are TOGETHER, we are different but at the same time we have a common goal: to create a business that will be powerful and will be helpful to other people to be successful in their life. It is a priceless aim. And our founders were trying to prove that everything is possible here, telling their stories and giving some examples of how people were reaching their best lifestyle. The empowering lifestyle.

So my idea for today was to show my future partners and to remind my teammates how I came to Empower Network and what the reason was to choose exactly this project. Moreover, today is my B-Day in EN – I started my business here exactly 4 months ago! So now I am about coming back to my past and telling you everything what I had then. Some time ago I was an ordinary student and I couldn’t even imagine that I would be a person who I am now. I mean that was difficult for me to understand that I would be able to have my own business, my team and to be like a so-called business lady. You know, I am 19 years old only and so my friends and I always considered that we were kids (especially our parents were thinking so) and it was early for us to start any serious business at that time. The only thing that we should do was to be obedient and smart in our studies. So I was really a good student with good marks and excellent school results. I thought that was enough.

But something occurred to me: I was becoming older and I understood that university and education were not enough for me. I knew that I could do more in my life and I started searching for some opportunities. And actually I was lucky enough to meet a person (who became my sponsor) and to get a lot of different information about Empower Network company. That was a surprise for me, because I wasn’t keen on online business and I didn’t know literally ANYTHING about network marketing system. But then, the time was going, and I was getting more and more knowledge: I was becoming more and more enlightened and I was storing up everything that came across to my mind. That was a pretty awesome process (I even couldn't understand how much) and when I felt that I was all in here, I was sure that I found all that I needed. I was happy because this business gave me a chance to make my dreams come true and to achieve my goals: to be financially independent, to help my parents, to be completely satisfied with my life.

And now I am trying to help other people to do the same! I have faced the situations when people could not believe that I can give them unique information about online business, about some secrets of success, about strategies and methods of how anyone can become an all-sufficient person, etc. They said that I was too young and inexperienced to teach them and to be their mentor. However, I was able to prove them that I could and they became my partners saying: “Ksusha, you are an inspiring and motivate sponsor! I really appreciate that I am in your team!” Those words were very important for me: they were like a proof that I am good at this business and I should not ever stop doing what I do. And now nobody is telling me that I am young and inexperienced! Now I am an authoritative person for people and they are telling that the help that I give is useful and the work that I do is stimulating them to work too. I confess to you that I am in high spirits now!

In conclusion I would like to say that if you want to change your life or at least to make it better, it is never too late to do that! Listen to your heart, make your choice and remember that it is important to choose an occupation that would be close to your desires and wishes. The life is one and only so we should spend it with joy: don’t hesitate to start living joyfully right now!

How we would like to live?

 Hello, dear readers! A lot of us have been thinking of how we would like to live. And most people are saying that they wish to live well and to have everything that they want – in other words, to be under no restraint at all. I even guess that everybody has such wishes. But the question is: what are you doing to make your life better? What job do you have? What are your potential opportunities and plans for future?

The tendency shows that we need to find our individual ways of making our life as good as we want it to have. Actually there is a thing that sometimes stops us and we are not doing anything for this – a fear. A fear is telling us that we should not try to do anything new because it is risky and we cannot know and predict what will be as a result of our actions. A fear is like a reason for people not to start changing their life; only a desperate person will take a risk to do that. But the percentage of such people (who are so desperate, lost and broken) is low so a few people will test it and naturally even less people from this amount will succeed in their attempts. Thus it is hard to imagine that people are eager to change their life not just in their mind, but in the reality!

Though let me hazard and prove you that the situation that we have with fear, risk and attempts is ABSURD! Let’s have a look at some examples. For instance, if we look at a typical young family, which is about having a baby, we will see that normal parents won’t be very terrified and will try to learn something about parenthood (even if it is like a new feeling and new thing that they need to analyze and to study on). But if a situation changes and future parents decide not to make a baby because it is risky, because there can be some problems with health (both mother’s and child’s) or problems with financial state or whatever … then one day we will see that there will be no children in the whole world! And now it sounds ridiculous … because everybody knows that a child is an integral part of each family’s life.

Or if we have a look at some different situations: buying a car, going somewhere to have a rest, starting to make some sports, etc. It is impossible to imagine that we won’t do such things, because they are NATURAL. So, guys, be natural, be ready to start something new if you want, dedicate yourself to an activity that you like and think positive! =)

What's up everybody! I am happy to know that you are reading my blog, that you are still with me. Moreover, I have noticed that my blog is being commented even and it is a real pleasure for me to see that people are visiting my page and they can leave a comment and can give me some piece of advice! It is just awesome, thank you!

My today's topic sounds like "Make money blogging" and maybe it will look strange for someone who will read this title, but anyway, I am sure that my partners will understand me and will support the idea that we can earn money creating our own blog. Some time ago I wouldn't be able to believe in this fact, but today I am so convinced that it is true. Having our new platform ENV2, we become more and more informed and a lot of opportunities are opened to us now. Blog Beast today is a way how you can really make money online and it is a way how to increase your profit.

But first of all, what is the blog in general? Blog is a traffic: as many people will visit it, as many leads you will have. And who knows, at least a small part of that huge amount will believe you will believe in you, so will be eager to work with you. If you are ready to put into your blog your heart and your soul, your passion, it will be not only individual and unique (that is really important) product, it will be created for people. You are working for people, you are responsible to make a good job for them. I told you in my previous post that relations are significant and if you are to build these relations with people using your blog - you are on the right way.

So the only thing that you need to do is to learn how to use your blog as your traffic, how to make people understand that you are the one and only and they need exactly you. And then you will finally get the idea how to make money blogging. Frankly saying, it is not so difficult and you don't need to be special. Nobody is special. but there are some people who are open to learn and to get the knowledge. So be in this category. And you will succeed.

All professions are in need and significant indeed!

This is how our famous proverb sounds and as any other proverb it is absolutely right. The reality shows us that each profession that is being learned in university/college/technical school or whereever by students is really important and our professors are trying to make us be sure that we should have a certain serious attitude toward any of these professions. When we enter any educational institute we see that there are a plenty of different occupations and that's why our right of choice tells us "You have a very complicated question and you might make a right decision!"

While you are thinking about this so-called 'right decision', some of young guys have already made it and have started studies. Or maybe you are one of these fellows and you also have already chosen your way and now you are trying to learn everything about your future job. Or maybe you are even working by your speciality and are getting an experience, who knows. Anyway the main thing that you must know is: each profession demands from you a deep studying in case you will be a pro in your work. Otherwise your potential employer won't be interested in you and your skills.

In my opinion here are the most important tips for any job-beginner:

1. No matter what you are going to do - try to choose a job that will be really loved by you.
2. Make sure that you can let your employer understand that you are unique: your professional skills are useful and your desire to work is very big.
3. Try to do your best every day, every night and every moment. Don't lose the tempo that you have had in the very beginning.
4. Improve yourself. Then your salary and your post will be higher.
5. And the last one for today...STAY AWAY FROM THE CROWD! You will see that it won't be you who will be looking for a job, but it will be your potential director who will be looking for YOU.

I suppose this list is endless so we can add some more and more things here. But having this base, you will definitely succeed at any work and the professional growth of your career will be guaranteed!
